Join Dr. Megan Elliott from Rose-Hulman for an insightful program on understanding generations. Her first talk will define overarching generational behaviors and values,debunking common stereotypes, with a special focus on the newest generation: Gen Alpha. An optional refresher will be available for returning attendees. The second talk will delve deeper into why different generations struggle, highlighting key areas of difference. Dr. Elliott will then discuss practical strategies to bridge these gaps, fostering greater understanding and collaboration through an exploration of the “why” behind generational variations.
