Celebrate soup season with Gabby and Wyatt Sons from Sons’ Spice Company! This class focuses on crafting delicious, flavorful soups from scratch. Participants learn techniques for developing rich flavors at every stage of the soup-making process, from selecting aromatics to caramelizing ingredients. Each student builds a custom pot of soup to enjoy during class and take home. Soup options include Roasted Butternut Squash, Loaded Potato, and Cozy Autumn Wild Rice. This hands-on experience promises a hearty, homemade meal, perfect for the autumn chill.
