Join Carrie Lutz, ISU Career Services Executive Director & NBHW certified coach, for this two-session course which offers practical and empowering strategies for embracing bodily “wholeness” during the holiday season. Participants will explore how to fuel their bodies for sustained energy, support cellular health through mindful nourishment, and maintain a sense of joy. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, the sessions highlight the interconnectedness of movement, intentional food choices, and meaningful human connection. By the end of the workshop, each attendee will create a personalized wellness roadmap designed to foster greater comfort, joy, and resilience throughout the holidays and beyond.
